Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
Item must be unused and unwritten in
Item must be in original condition and packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Used or written-in journals
Items damaged due to misuse
Custom or branded bulk orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
Order number
Description of the issue
Photos of the item
We will replace the item or issue a refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service
Wholesale & Fundraiser Orders
All wholesale and fundraiser orders are final sale, unless items arrive damaged or defective.
